Initial Inspection
Identify any potential issues or concerns that may need to be addressed during the deep cleaning process
Remove Treat the evaporator coil hydro wash and disinfect and flush all drains
Disassembly
Disconnect the display, detach the step motor and remove the grill, filter, panel and drain tray. Drain any condensation that may have accumulated in the system. While disconnecting the system, check the wiring to ensure that everything is in order
Electrical Components
Clean electrical components with pressurised air to remove spider webs, dust, and unwanted insects, including spiders and geckos. To help prevent malfunctions and prolong the lifespan of your AC unit. These foreign objects can cause electrical shorts, blockages, and other issues that can lead to costly repairs or even replacement of your unit
Chemical Treatment
Apply a commercial-grade chemical to coils, fan wheel, grill, filters, panel to break down contaminants, including mould, germs, and bacteria
Hydro Pressure Wash
Hydro pressure wash coils, fan wheel, grill, filters, panel to remove dirt, debris, contaminants, and chemicals that can accumulate over time
Sanitise, Disinfect and Deodorise
Anti-fungal/bacterial/microbial/virus inhibitor applied to the unit to reduce the risk of illness caused by airborne pathogens. A fresh scented deodoriser applied to neutralise odours
Coil Inspection
Straightening bent coils helps to remove any blockage or restriction in the airflow system. When the coils are straight, air is able to flow properly through the system, which improves its overall efficiency and reduces the strain on the system components. This ensures the system is working optimally and avoiding any potential breakdowns or malfunctions that could result from poor airflow
Re-Assembly
Reposition the air filter, grill, panel and drain tray back to their original location and connect the electrical components and motor
Fogging
dispersed a fine mist using approved specialised disinfectant into the AC unit to kill bacteria, viruses, and other microorganisms. The fine mist can penetrate into small crevices, ducts, and other hard-to-reach areas, ensuring that all surfaces are properly disinfected. This means that even areas that are not visible or accessible can be cleaned and disinfected effectively, helping to reduce the risk of contamination and the spread of harmful microorganisms
