16 In. Vacuum Chamber Heating Pad

This heat pad is super precise and will adhere to the base with a peel and stick backing. Depending on the environment and air movement, the actual temperature may hold within a degree. Simple standoff bumpers will provide thermal separation from the work surface. You can leave the heater on for months without significant increase to the energy bill. The pad has a heating function (not refrigerating) and should not be touched by hand to avoid scalding. Min Temp, Max Temp, Offset, and other safety features can be programmed with UL listed Fahrenheit/Celsius digital controller. Heating will not be achieved, and we can’t stress this enough if the heating pad does not properly cover the bottom of the chamber. Your best bet is to purchase a pad that matches the respected size of your equipment. This ensures a nice even heat spread. So the set temperature will be different from the actual inside temperature. For example: If you set the 3-gallon chamber in the image above to 110F the actual temp on the bottom surface of the chamber will read at about 101F on the thermal label. This is assuming you have a thermal laser gun to shoot the temps. Since the inside is reading 101F and the controller is set to 110F your offset is 9F, so what you want to do is add 9 degrees to the heat setting (119F) which will bring the inside surface of the chamber to your desired 110F.
