The APC SURT192XLBP is an external battery pack designed to extend the runtime of compatible APC Smart-UPS RT units. By adding this pack, a business can keep servers, networking gear, or retail checkout stations running long enough to complete critical tasks and shut down systems gracefully during a power outage.

Inside the 3U enclosure you will find four lead-acid battery modules that arrive already installed, delivering a combined 192 V output and 1920 VAh capacity. Because the modules are hot-swappable, you can change them without taking connected equipment offline, a real advantage in environments that demand continuous availability.

Installation is flexible. Slide the pack into a standard 19-inch rack, or set it up as a standalone stack on the floor of a server room or network closet. Either way, the rugged steel chassis and two-year repair-or-replace warranty provide confidence that it will handle day-to-day demands.

Ongoing maintenance is straightforward. When the batteries reach end of life, replace all four at the same time with the APC APCRBC140 kit to maintain balanced performance. The pack operates reliably in temperatures from 32 to 104 degrees Fahrenheit, up to 95 percent relative humidity, and altitudes as high as 10,000 feet, making it suitable for a wide range of data centers and branch offices.
