A constant pressure drip funnel is a type of separating funnel that can perform operations such as liquid separation and extraction. The dropping funnel features a joint at top and bottom, drip stem, pressure-equalizing arm, PTFE T-Bore stopcock and graduation marks for easier measuring. Unlike other separators,the constant pressure separating funnel can ensure that the internal pressure remains unchanged. It can to prevent backsuction, and secondly, to ensure smooth flow of liquid in the funnel and is to reduce the impact of the increased liquid on gas pressure.Thus, it is more accurate in measuring gas volume. Note: Before use, the piston should be coated with a thin layer of lube. After it rotates freely, close the piston and fill the funnel with water to check if there is any water leakage at the piston. When the separation funnel is not used for a long time, a piece of paper should be placed between the upper mouth and the plug, as well as on the piston surface. To prevent adhesion at the frosted area,and rubber bands should be used to secure the piston to prevent it from falling off.
