Our Promagnet magnetic elbow wrap holds (20) 1/2" North seeking (negative) facing Neodymium magnets range up to 12,300 manufacturer gauss rating per magnet). Our neodymium magnets are encapsulated in five Velcro removable pads. Our magnetic elbow wrap is not constricting like most neoprene wraps or pull up wraps, therefore you have the maximum amount of blood flow. This wrap is for light support and it is not a brace. It is best not to combine tight wraps with magnetic therapy since this could constrict blood flow.
